What is Paper industry use defoamer?
Papermaking defoamer is designed for the foaming characteristics of papermaking process in papermaking industry. Using this product can effectively control the overflow of pulp and foam and improve the quality of papermaking. Widely used in papermaking system defoaming, can also be used in papermaking wastewater treatment, antifreeze, distillation system defoaming.
SHN Brand Pulp&Paper making use defoamer classificaion:
(1.) SHN-012 is a fatty alcohol defoamer, suitable for removing bubbles generated by white water in the papermaking process.It has excellent degassing performance in low speed systems such as cardboard and corrugated paper. And it can eliminate the apparent foam produced by white water to acertain extent. Suitable for papermaking systems where the white liquid temperature in the wet-end is lower than 45°C.
It is mainly used in kraft paper,packing paper,corrugated paper,news paper,tissue paper factory etc.
